More from Greenwood... The Road Trip Home

You wouldn't expect much while driving through the Delta, with one water-tower-town after the other. But, sure enough, we found plenty of stops to make the drive worthwhile.

First stop: Honest Abe's for homemade doughnuts and chicken salad for the road.


Our next stop was an organic tomato farm in Indianola, MS called Beaverdam, where we picked up flats of the freshest tomatoes, cucumbers, farm-fresh eggs, homemade salsa and honey.














Our last stop was the Paul Michael Company flagship store in Lake Village, AR.  This huge warehouse that sits on a cotton field is full of home goods and American-made furniture that can only be found at Paul Michael.












Of course, being in Arkansas, there were plenty of pigs to choose from...
